A month into its inaugural season ticket drive, York9 FC has already sold out one of the best seats at Alumni Field and York Lions Stadium.
A local business launch event Wednesday night in York Region resulted in supporters locking up the remaining selection of York9’s “race car” seats, which will be placed in close proximity to team benches along the touchline.
“I’m not surprised we sold it out, but to do it in less than 30 days is impressive,” said Ben Zayandehroudi, York9 FC’s VP of Ticket Sales and Fan Services.
