The York Catholic District School Board says it has the highest four-year graduation rate in all of Ontario with 94.7 per cent of graduates achieving their Ontario Secondary School Diploma within four years of starting Grade 9.
The board also had the second highest five-year graduation rate in 2019; 96.5 per cent of graduates achieved their diploma within five years of starting Grade 9. Both of these rates are up from the previous year — the four-year grad rate increased 0.8 per cent and the five-year grad rate increased 0.6 per cent.
