Richmond Hill-based StageZero Life Sciences, the company that created the first-ever test that simultaneously screens for multiple cancers from a single sample of blood, has acquired Care Oncology from Health Clinics.

Care Oncology has clinics in California, telehealth practices in all 50 U.S. states and provides treatments that complement and enhance the effect of standard-of-care cancer therapies.
