Pond Technologies Holdings Inc. is pleased to announce that on May 1, 2019 it entered into an arms length Memorandum of Understanding with Inventys Thermal Technologies Inc. to pursue the development of joint carbon capture projects.
Pond and Inventys have developed complementary technologies that can be implemented at an industrial scale. Inventys has developed a large-scale CO2 capture technology from dilute gas streams which is at the core of its mission to build a CO2 marketplace. Pond has developed a technology platform that uses CO2 rich gas streams to grow valuable algae for health, animal feed and industrial markets.
