Located in the Shoppes of Heritage Hollow, near the intersection of Elgin Mills and Leslie, the 2,400 sq.ft. space incorporates both a state-of-art open test kitchen as well as an open-to-the-public retail store. The drive behind La Rocca Creative Kitchen is to act as a hub for research and development of new and creative desserts in an interactive space to engage with the community and a learning centre for those in the bakery industry.
