As early as this fall, Kelson Mechanical will launch a multi-phased development that will include 148,602 square feet of industrial space, anchored by a 75,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art automated ductwork fabrication facility, Tami Kelson, manager of development, said in an email.
Kelson will also build 63,700 square feet of commercial space, she said. The first phase will focus on the fabrication facility, which is expected to serve customers across Canada and potentially in international markets, Kelson said.
