Mona Prasad is the head chef and owner of Paris Calling Pastry in Aurora, Ontario. After training as a pastry chef in Paris, Mona wanted to bring European pastries to the Greater Toronto Area.
She reached out to the York Small Business Enterprise Centre (YSBEC) to get information on licenses, permits, demographics and access funding. With the support of the Starter Company Plus program from the YSBEC, she continued to grow her successful bakery.
