ventureLAB is York Region’s provincially recognized Regional Innovation Centre. Since 2011, ventureLAB-supported companies have helped create over 4,900 jobs and attracted over $250 million in investments. York Region and ventureLAB have been working together for years to deliver programs and services that help grow technology-based companies, and is one of the Region’s key partners in delivering supports for innovative companies, in alignment with York Region’s Economic Development Action Plan.
2021 was another exceptional year for ventureLAB and our community. While we collectively continued to navigate challenging circumstances, this past year has proven it was a year of resiliency and growth.
