The Regional Municipality of York is located in the heart of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and is home to 1.2 million residents and 51,379 business establishments, making it one of Canada’s largest municipalities and the second largest business centre in the Province of Ontario.

City of Markham

Strategically located in the heart of the GTA, the City of Markham is one of the fastest growing municipalities in Ontario with approximately 300,000 people, more than 400 corporate offices, and over 900 high technology and life science companies are located here.

City of Vaughan

The City of Vaughan is one of the most active markets in the GTA in commercial and industrial development. Vaughan is home to more than 9,000 businesses. Employment growth remains very strong and is projected to increase to 275,900 jobs by 2031.

Town of Richmond Hill

The Town of Richmond Hill is centrally located within the GTA and is home to the *most educated workforce in Canada (*2006 Census Canada). Over 5000 companies, including many major corporations and head offices have chosen to locate in Richmond Hill.

Town of Newmarket

The Town of Newmarket is a growing, dynamic community of 83,000 residents. With close proximity to Toronto, it is home to over 2,400 businesses in a wide variety of sectors, with health care and business services exhibiting the highest growth rates.

Town of Aurora

The Town of Aurora is strategically located in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with direct access to 400 series highways and major Canadian and US markets. Aurora’s location offers all the advantages of an urban centre, while maintaining its small town atmosphere.

The Town of Georgina  has a population of 47,000 and is located approximately one hour North of Toronto. It is composed of three communities including Keswick, Sutton and Pefferlaw. Georgina features over 52 kilometres of Lake Simcoe’s south-eastern shores.

Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville

The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville is the third fastest growing community in Canada according to the 2011 Census. Recognized as an area of strong planned growth and home to a diverse, highly skilled workforce, thriving culture, an expansive trail system, and a municipal commitment to business.

Town of East Gwillimbury

The Town of East Gwillimbury is a designated growth municipality in Northern York Region, with the projected population increasing from 23,000 to 88,000 people by 2031. East Gwillimbury is close to the city of Toronto and its amenities, while maintaining its famous small-town charm.

Township of King

The Township of King has a population surpassing 20,500 and is the location of choice of a diverse mix of businesses including the corporate head office of The Clublink Corporation, LGL Environmental Research Associates, BC Instruments, Showa Canada and the King Brewery.
