Newmarket-Based International Safety up for an Ontario Made Award

The Ontario Made Awards are voted on by the consumer and you can vote online until Jan. 8. The winners will be announced in a virtual award ceremony on Feb. 22.

Newmarket-based International Safety is one of the nominees for this year’s Ontario Made Awards, hosted by Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters. The safety supply business is nominated for the retailer spotlight award, which is given to a retailer that highlights the importance of making things in Ontario.

International Safety, located at 355 Harry Walker Pkwy N., was established in Newmarket in 1993. It is a privately owned company to specializes in distributing health and safety supplies.
