The building is the first in a master plan campus development for the continent’s largest construction local union. Comprising a six-storey tower, three-storey wing and south-facing courtyard, the 290,000-sf multi-use building opened in October 2024 at 200 Labourers Way. It is designed to serve the union’s 70,000 members with workspaces, amenities and the 51,000-sf Gerry Gallagher Hall for union meetings, events and community engagement.
