About the event:

Identifying different types of skills and qualities you need to demonstrate in the workplace is crucial for building your resume and developing your career narratives.In this workshop, you will be able to:

  • identify the importance of skills in developing your career narratives;
  • differentiate between hard skills and soft skills;
  • reflect on the skills you have developed through education, work experience, community involvement, family commitment, etc.

About the facilitator:

Led by Sepideh Delkhoun, Career Strategist, HELIX HERizons and Seneca Works, together we will explore how to identify the essential skills we have gained through education, in the workplace, and outside work.
