Always in Season – Carrot Production in the Holland Marsh

The Holland Marsh is a wetland and agricultural area that covers area in York Region and Simcoe County. It is one of two specialty crop areas in the entire province due to its incredibly fertile soil. This area produces more carrots, celery, onions, lettuce and greens than any other region in Ontario.
